The terms that govern use of this website.

Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. HydroBer may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page is the current one.

Use of this website

This website is provided to give information about our services, share project case studies and articles, and let visitors request a quote. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.

Quote requests and enquiries

Submitting the quote request form does not create a contract between you and us. It is an enquiry only. Any engagement, scope, pricing and timeline is agreed separately in writing once a project is discussed in detail.

Website content

Service descriptions, project case studies and blog articles on this site are provided for general information and are not a substitute for project-specific engineering advice. Every project has different requirements, and any figures, methods or outcomes described in a case study or article are specific to that project.

Intellectual property

Text, graphics, and the HydroBer name and logo on this website are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without prior written consent. Photographs used for illustrative purposes are credited to their original source where required by their licence.

No warranty

This website and its content are provided "as is". While we take care to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that it is complete, current, or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HydroBer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content, other than in respect of services formally engaged under a separate written agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts there.
